How I use it

I use your information to reply to your inquiry and to provide real estate services, including calling, emailing, and texting you about your request. I keep your contact details in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and my email so I can follow up and keep my records.

I do not sell or share your information

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your phone number and text messaging opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help me run my business (for example my website host, email, CRM, and text-messaging providers) and only to deliver those services to you, or when the law requires it. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messages and email

If you check the box on a form, you agree to be contacted by Hillside REC via call, email, and text for real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also click the unsubscribe link in any email. Checking the box is not required to send me a message or to work with me. Cookies

This site does not run advertising trackers. Embedded content from other services (for example YouTube videos or Google Maps) may set its own cookies under those services' own policies.

Security and retention

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. I keep it as long as needed to serve you and meet my legal and record-keeping duties. To ask me to correct or delete your information, contact me using the details below.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

I may update this policy and will change the date above when I do.
